If the idle operation lasts for 2 hours, the load test can be carried out if everything is normal. Feeding should be uniform during test run with load to prevent excessive feeding and blocking the lower part.

3. Attention should be paid to the protection of head motor, reducer and other transmission equipment.

In most cases, bucket elevator is used in the open air. Only by protecting these components, can the service life of the equipment be prolonged and the maintenance of the equipment be reduced. For bucket elevator working in open air environment, a square cover can be installed, about 1 meter away from the head of the elevator. It is best to completely cover the head of the elevator, and the emphasis is on the motor and reducer. The motor at the head of the vertical bucket elevator is the power source of the whole equipment. If the top cover is not installed, under the influence of rainy or snowy weather, the internal water of the motor may enter, resulting in short circuit.

4. The problem of motor connection.

The electric wires connected by motors are outside. After long-term wind and sunshine, the insulation skin of the connecting wires will be aged. Under long-term use, the electric wires connected by motors can not withstand high load voltage, and the short-circuit connection will occur. It is very easy to burn down the motor and even lead to the danger of electric shock. Therefore, the protection of the connecting wires of motors is very critical.
