How does GTD Bucket Elevator work?

The working principle of GTD Bucket Elevator is based on the synergy of the hopper and the traction component:

Loading: The material enters the hopper from the bottom feed port, and the hopper moves upward through the traction component (belt or chain).

Lifting: The hopper is lifted to the top in the vertical direction driven by the traction component.

Unloading: At the top, the hopper bypasses the drive wheel, and the material is discharged from the discharge port under the action of centrifugal force or gravity.

Structural composition of GTD Bucket Elevator

Traction component: Belt (GTD type) or high-strength chain (GTH type) is used to drive the hopper to move.

Hopper: It is divided into deep hopper (bd/dh type) and shallow hopper (ad/ah type), suitable for different material characteristics.

Drive device: It includes motor, reducer and drive wheel to provide power.

Casing: Fully enclosed structure to prevent dust from spilling and protect materials and environment.

Tensioning device: It is used to adjust the tightness of the traction component to ensure smooth operation.
