Bucket Elevator Helps Cement Transportation Improve Quality

In the cement industry, bucket elevator, conveyor, dust collector and other equipment are indispensable.

Through communication between our company's technical department and Huaxin Cement Project Department, we understand the application of bucket elevator in the whole process: raw materials and combustion in the cement production process.

After the material is put into the factory, it will be sampled and analyzed by the laboratory. At the same time, it will be homogenized according to the quality and stored in the raw material storage shed. Clay, coal and pyrite powder are raised from drying water of dryer to cement production process index value by bucket elevator to corresponding raw material storage.

According to the quality of the raw material, the laboratory homogenizes raw material by multi-storehouse collocation and mechanical inversion. The raw material is brought into two storehouses by elevator. The raw material is collocated by two storehouses, and the raw material is lifted into a ball tray storehouse, which is located on the vertical kiln surface. The control device of pre-adding water for pelletizing carries out the ratio of raw material and water, and the pelletizing of raw material is carried out through the pelletizing tray. The ball is calcined by the vertical kiln distributor at different locations in the kiln. The burned clinker is sent to the clinker crusher through discharging tube and scale machine for crushing.

The chemical and physical analysis of clinker is carried out by the laboratory hourly sampling. According to the clinker quality, the hoist is put into the clinker warehouse. At the same time, according to the requirements of production and operation and the market situation of building materials, the laboratory mixes clinker, gypsum and slag through the clinker computer batching system. The grinded cement is lifted into three cement depots by bucket elevator. According to the quality of the grinded cement, the laboratory homogenizes the cement by means of Multi-depot collocation and mechanical inversion. After the hoist is fed into two cement homogenization warehouses, the two cement production process homogenization warehouses are matched, and the packaged cement is packaged by a computer-controlled packaging machine. The packaged cement is stored in the finished product warehouse, and then the cement factory notice is issued after passing the test sampling and inspection.
